Incident Management System is a web-based software that is used by staff in an organization to capture, track, resolve, report and keep records of incidents (security), operational safety, accidents and near-misses in the day-to-day work environment.

Users enter these incidents and details themselves, allowing fast capture of incidents, as well as accurate data entry.
Administrators monitor incidents entered and follow them up with their teams, bringing in third parties such as law enforcement and/or insurance representatives where necessary, throughout the entire incident life-cycle to the time they are resolved.
