Do you offer a free consultation?

What does it mean that Jambicom is CAK licensed?
The Communications Authority of Kenya licenses contractors who supply, install and maintain communications infrastructure for other organisations. Our licence means your cabling and telephone installations are done by a regulated contractor.
Do you only work in Nairobi?
Our head office is in Nairobi CBD and we serve clients across Kenya and Africa. Tell us your location and we will confirm how we can support you.
Can your software work with the systems we already use?
Our method starts with a feasibility study of your existing systems and databases, so new software is designed to connect with them securely, for example biometric devices, SMS and payroll tools.
Is my data safe with you?
We handle personal data under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, and are registered with the ODPC as a data handler and processor. Our systems use access controls, audit trails and encrypted recordings or repositories where relevant.
Do you supply hardware or only install it?
Both. We source and configure laptops, desktops, UPS units, printers, cameras and network equipment, and we install and maintain them.
What support do you give after installation?
We provide managed IT support under service level agreements, preventive maintenance visits three times a year, and 24/7 technical oversight on our AI and software deployments.
Can you help us respond to tenders and quotations?
Yes. We serve public and private organisations, are AGPO-accredited and hold CAK, ICT Authority, NCA and ODPC credentials. Send us the specification and we will respond with a detailed quote.
