ICT Infrastructure and Communications in Kenya
A network that never gets in your way. A business network is its lifeblood. We design, source and install high-grade infrastructure so your data flows quickly, safely and without interruption. We are licensed by the Communications Authority of Kenya as a Telecommunication Contractor.
What is it?
The backbone of your office: cables, switches, routers, Wi-Fi, servers, telephones, video conferencing and email. Every other system you use depends on it.
Why it matters
Poor cabling and weak networks cause slow systems, dropped calls and downtime. Kenya's communications regulator warns that badly installed infrastructure leads to outages, slow connections and safety risks.
What you get
A planned, labelled installation: Cat 6 and fibre cabling, managed switches and routers, secure Wi-Fi, IP telephony and Microsoft 365, with VLANs that keep sensitive departments such as finance separate.
How we deliver
As a CAK-licensed Telecommunication Contractor we work to regulated standards. We survey your premises, design the layout, install, test the installation and hand over with support.

Structured cabling (Cat 6 and fibre)
High-speed, scalable cabling using Category 6 Ethernet and single/multi-mode fibre. One installation carries telephone, internet, surveillance and access control, grows with your footprint and cuts downtime.
Why it matters: Cabling is the hardest part to change later. Done properly once, it supports data, phones, cameras and access control for years.
Enterprise routers
Multi-protocol routers with intelligent traffic management inspect packets in real time and prioritise VoIP and ERP database syncs over regular web traffic.
Why it matters: Without prioritisation, one large download can make a video call stutter. Routers keep the important traffic moving.
High-capacity switches
Managed Layer 2 and Layer 3 switches let you split departments into secure VLANs, shielding finance data from general staff.
Why it matters: VLANs mean a visitor's laptop or a general staff computer cannot reach sensitive finance systems.
Wireless LAN
Enterprise Wi-Fi with secure guest capture portals, automated roaming across large offices and hardware encryption against interception.
Why it matters: Good Wi-Fi is about coverage and security, not only speed: no dead spots, safe guest access and encrypted connections.
Server and storage architectures
Secure local and hybrid storage arrays on high-capacity servers, with RAID layouts and solid-state storage that serve large request volumes without retrieval delays.
Why it matters: Fast, redundant storage means files open quickly and one failed disk does not lose your data.
IP PBX telephony
VoIP IP PBX on the SIP protocol unifying call routing, IVR auto-attendants, video calls and team messaging over TCP/IP. We are licensed by CAK as a Telecommunication Contractor.
Why it matters: One system handles internal calls, outside lines, automated menus and video, with low-cost calls between extensions.
Video conferencing
Smart boardroom systems with multi-microphone echo cancellation, speaker-tracking cameras and integration with modern conference platforms.
Why it matters: Hybrid meetings feel natural when microphones, camera and meeting software work together.
Microsoft 365 implementations
Migration from legacy mail to Exchange, with OneDrive/SharePoint sharing, Microsoft Teams and endpoint security that stops files leaking to personal accounts.
Why it matters: Email, files and Teams meetings in one secure place that staff can reach from anywhere.
